Personal data collected for the purposes of facilitating training or testing is retained for no more than one year after which it is permanently deleted. Data, provided with consent, is retained for marketing purposes for an indefinite period and removed upon request.
Security Measures
We implement, digital security measures via encryption, firewalls, multi factor authentication, cybersecurity best practices, physical access controls and regular audits.
However, no method is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
In case of a breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Information and Data Protection Commission within 72 hours.
